Enterprise pricing

Build your enterprise plan.

Seats, mentor sessions and a product team. Every price in the open, and nothing to negotiate.

Seats

One for every person. Mix the two as you like.

Human mentoring, sessions a month

A session is an hour with a certified mentor. A common start is ten executive sessions for the leadership team.

Your own product, built and run by us

Leave this at zero if you only want COROS for your people. The first engineer arrives as a managed team: a designer, an account manager who is your one point of contact, and testing, operations, security and backups handled by us.

The whole price list

Five prices and one minimum. That is all of it.*

Seats

$50 / month

Standard seat

A private mentor for every day: the first conversation, memory of what the person is after, and follow-through.

$100 / month

Premium seat

The same, on our most capable engine, for the conversations where nuance decides the outcome. Most companies give these to their leaders and managers.

Human mentoring

$150 / session

Professional mentor

For managers, team leads and their teams. The conversation being avoided. The promotion that is not happening. The team that has gone quiet.

$250 / session

Executive mentor

For founders, chief executives and leadership teams. The commitments carried outward. The priorities that will not settle. The thing that cannot be said inside the company.

A product team

$7,500 / month

Your product, on the COROS API

  • A dedicated engineer, about 160 hours a month
  • A designer
  • An account manager, your one point of contact, and a standing call
  • Testing, operations, security and backups, handled by us
  • The COROS API and hosting, enough to launch and run

Each further engineer is $4,000 a month. See AI Engineering Services →

The minimum is $2,500 a month. Seats and mentoring both count toward it, so a small company spends what its seats do not use on human mentors.

* These are our rates in the United States. In other economies, seats, sessions and what a mentor is paid are set to fit the local economy. Talk to us.

The idea behind the price

One percent of what your people earn, spent on their growth.

That is the rule we priced from. A premium seat for someone earning $120,000 a year is exactly 1% of their pay. For most of your people it is less.

Most companies already spend more than that on the software their people use. This is the part of the budget that goes to the people themselves: how they think, how they ask, how they keep a promise, and how they recover when one breaks.

And we only do well when you keep your people and they grow. That is the opposite of most of what AI is being sold for.

Questions

What people ask first.

What is the difference between a standard and a premium seat?

Both give a person their own COROS: the first conversation, memory of what they are after, and follow-through. A premium seat runs on our most capable engine, for the conversations where nuance decides the outcome. Most companies give premium seats to their leaders and managers and standard seats to everyone else.

What does the $2,500 minimum buy a small company?

Seats and mentoring both count toward it. A ten-person company with ten premium seats has used $1,000, so the remaining $1,500 is theirs to spend on mentor sessions. Nothing in the minimum goes unused unless you choose to leave it.

Can our people try it before we pay?

Yes. Your people start free. Each of them begins with a first conversation about what matters to them, and you decide to continue once it has shown you something.

Who can see what our people say?

No one in your company. Every person’s conversations belong to them. Leadership sees where work flows and where it stalls, never a transcript and never a name.

What happens when someone leaves?

Their COROS leaves with them and becomes their own. You stop paying for the seat. Your company’s documents stay with you.

Our people are paid in a different economy. Is the price the same?

Tell us where your people are. We set the seat price to fit, and we tell you how we got there.
