This policy applies to paid subscriptions for COROS AI. By subscribing, you agree to it, as well as to our Terms of Use.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to paid subscriptions for COROS AI (“the Service”), operated by COROS AI, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to this Policy as well as our Terms of Use.
1. Free to begin
COROS is free to begin, at full power, with no time limit and no countdown. It is not a trial. You only become a paying member when you choose to continue after experiencing the work, and billing begins at that point, never before.
2. Refunds
a) 30-day full refund for the yearly plan only
We do not offer refunds for the monthly plan. After your first paid yearly plan billing charge, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days for any reason. Refunds within this period will be returned to your original payment method.
b) After 30 days
Yearly plans are non-refundable after the 30-day window and will remain active for the remainder of the paid term. We do not offer prorated refunds.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops all future billing. We will not lock you into a term you no longer want. If something is not right, write to us at [email protected].
4. Legal Rights & Faulty Service
If the Service fails to function as described, or if applicable consumer law provides you with mandatory rights (such as refunds or remedies for faulty digital services), we will honor those rights. Nothing in this Policy limits rights available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Digital Services
Because COROS AI is a digital service delivered electronically, returns and exchanges do not apply.
