The Loop of Action
How anything real gets made: possibility → grounded assessment → commitment → action → breakdown → learning.
Invented by Fernando Flores & Chauncey Bell ↗
Things that matter rarely come from a flash of execution. They come from a loop: a conversation for possibility, then a grounded assessment, then a commitment, then action, then the inevitable breakdown, then learning, and around again.
Naming the loop tells you where you are stuck. Plenty of capable people are blocked not because they cannot act, but because they never opened possibility, or never made a real commitment.
