Company pricing
Build your company’s COROS.
Seats, mentor sessions and a product team, by the month. Two things once. Every price in the open, and nothing to negotiate.
The whole price list
Seven prices and one minimum. That is all of it.*
Seats
$50 / month
Standard seat
A private mentor for every day: the first conversation, memory of what the person is after, and follow-through.
$100 / month
Premium seat
The same, on our most capable engine, for the conversations where nuance decides the outcome. Most companies give these to their leaders and managers.
Human mentoring
$150 / session
Professional mentor
For managers, team leads and their teams. The conversation being avoided. The promotion that is not happening. The team that has gone quiet.
$250 / session
Executive mentor
For founders, chief executives and leadership teams. The commitments carried outward. The priorities that will not settle. The thing that cannot be said inside the company.
A product team
$7,500 / month
Your product, on the COROS API
- A dedicated engineer, about 160 hours a month
- A designer
- An account manager, your one point of contact, and a standing call
- Testing, operations, security and backups, handled by us
- The COROS API and hosting, enough to launch and run
Each further engineer is $4,000 a month. See AI Engineering Services →
One time
$15,000 once
Company setup
The interviews across levels, the company memory built with your priorities and your language, the leaders’ first conversations, the meeting companion on the rooms you choose, and our attention for the first ninety days. For companies over a few hundred people, scoped after the interviews.
Waived for the companies that start with us this year.
$50,000 once
A trained company voice
Your company’s own voice: designed with you, trained on how your people speak and what the company is up to, tested with the people who will live with it, and delivered as a version. Under your name, on COROS.
The minimum is $2,500 a month: ten premium seats and six executive sessions. It is what it takes to start a company memory, your leaders working with the AI and with a human mentor, both. Everything else is added on top, and taken off again, as you go.
* These are our rates in the United States. In other economies, seats, sessions and what a mentor is paid are set to fit the local economy. Talk to us.
The idea behind the price
One percent of what your people earn, spent on their growth.
That is the rule we priced from. A premium seat for someone earning $120,000 a year is exactly 1% of their pay. For most of your people it is less.
Most companies already spend more than that on the software their people use. This is the part of the budget that goes to the people themselves: how they think, how they ask, how they keep a promise, and how they recover when one breaks.
And we only do well when you keep your people and they grow. That is the opposite of most of what AI is being sold for.
Culture and product: what we recommend for a young company
The default, as it is built above.
Ten premium seats for the people you cannot run the company without. Six executive mentoring sessions a month, so the leaders stay in the work. One engineer on your product, with the team that comes with them, for as long as the product needs one. It is where our first partners started, straight off the list above.
Without the engineer it is leaders first, $2,500 a month, where every company starts. Company setup is waived for now. A trained voice is there if you want our voice trained for your company, as the default voice for every account you have; most begin with ours.

What people ask first.
What is the difference between a standard and a premium seat?
Both give a person their own COROS: the first conversation, memory of what they are after, and follow-through. A premium seat runs on our most capable engine, for the conversations where nuance decides the outcome. Most companies give premium seats to their leaders and managers and standard seats to everyone else.
What is the $2,500 minimum?
Ten premium seats and six executive mentor sessions a month, together. It is what it takes to start a company memory: your leaders working with the AI and with a human mentor, both. Everything else is added on top of it, and taken off again, as you go.
Why ten premium seats?
Because the people at the top have to be on it together: the founders, the executives, the people you cannot run the company without. If one of them is outside the conversation, the company memory starts with a hole in it. Add management on standard seats as you grow.
Why six executive sessions a month?
Two co-founders, three sessions each. Three partners, two each. It is the amount of human mentoring that keeps the leaders actively engaged while COROS does the daily work, and it is where the practice is set before it spreads.
Can our people try it before we pay?
Yes. Your people start free. Each of them begins with a first conversation about what matters to them, and you decide to continue once it has shown you something.
Who can see what our people say?
No one in your company. Every person’s conversations belong to them. Leadership sees the company picture, the stuckness getting resolved and the moods turning, never a transcript and never a name.
What happens when someone leaves?
Their COROS leaves with them and becomes their own. You stop paying for the seat. Your company’s documents stay with you.
What does company setup pay for?
The interviews across levels, the company memory built with your priorities and your language, the leaders’ first conversations, the meeting companion on the rooms you choose, and our attention for the first ninety days. For companies over a few hundred people, scoped after the interviews. Waived for the companies that start with us this year.
What is a trained company voice?
Your company’s own voice: designed with you, trained on how your people speak and what the company is up to, tested with the people who will live with it, and delivered as a version. Under your name, on COROS. Most companies begin with the default voice and decide later.
Our people are paid in a different economy. Is the price the same?
Tell us where your people are. We set the seat price to fit, and we tell you how we got there.
