Encrypted Chats: All chats are encrypted in transit and at rest to protect user data.
Limited Log Access: Our engineering and administrative teams enforce strict controls on log access, which is used only for troubleshooting, quality assurance, or legal compliance.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service Basis: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
