Founding Frontend Engineer

What You’ll Do

Build and refine our user interfaces using Next.js (13+) and React—we care about clean, performant, and beautiful UIs.
Dive into UX: Ensure our user flows are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with our mission to improve communication.
Handle frontend state: Tackle real-time chat features, data fetching, and performance tuning.
Integrate OAuth (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to provide seamless login experiences.
Collaborate on backend tasks using Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL (via Prisma ORM), and microservices as needed.
Contribute to DevOps: help set up CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (Azure).

Who You Are

3+ years working on complex frontend projects in production—you’ve shipped and maintained real apps with real users.
A React pro, comfortable with Next.js (ideally the new App Router) and TypeScript.
Solid styling skills (Tailwind, CSS Modules, or other modern frameworks).
Experienced with OAuth or similar auth systems.
Familiar with performance profiling (React DevTools) and best practices for building responsive, accessible UIs.
Comfortable picking up the backend side (Node.js, REST APIs, Prisma, etc.) when needed.
Eager to shape product direction and jump into a dynamic startup environment.

Bonus Points

Experience with Radix UI or other accessible component libraries.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) or advanced security best practices.
