AI Scientist

What You’ll Do

Design & implement AI solutions that improve communication—think RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and LLM integration.
Work on performance optimization, ensuring our AI components scale efficiently to handle real-world usage.
Collaborate with the full-stack team to integrate AI features seamlessly into the web application.
Own DevOps for AI services: containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure, and monitoring/logging in a cloud environment (Azure).
Experiment & innovate: continually explore new AI approaches to keep COROS.ai at the cutting edge.

Who You Are

3+ years in production AI or ML systems, especially with LLMs or advanced language models.
Familiar with RAG architectures, vector databases, and building robust data pipelines around them.
Python expertise for AI components, plus comfortable bridging into Node.js/TypeScript for platform integration.
Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD setups (GitHub Actions).
Understanding of security best practices and data privacy.
A startup mentality: you love rapid prototyping, learning fast, and wearing multiple hats.

Bonus Points

Successfully integrated GPT-like models or similar LLMs in a production environment.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Passion for bridging AI research to real-world applications that boost human potential.
