AI Questionnaire

Why This Role Exists

Instead of the typical QA tester or conversation designer, our AI Questionnaire is part philosopher, part coach, part mood-checker. You will “talk to” our AI extensively to see how it thinks (and whether it’s genuinely supporting people), test its limitations, and shape it through deep inquiry and reflection.

What You’ll Do

  • Daily Conversations with AI

    • Engage our AI in meaningful dialogue, from casual, everyday talk to deeply philosophical or practical topics.

    • Test how it handles user dilemmas, emotional states, complex questions, or coaching scenarios.

    • Observe and report the impact conversations with AI have on your mood states.

  • Philosophical & Coaching Insight

    • Draw on a background in philosophy, coaching, or human development (Heidegger, Maturana, Austin, Flores, etc.) to evaluate the AI’s alignment with our ontological approach.

    • Assess whether the AI fosters deeper responsibility, expanded possibility, and healthy moods in users.

  • Error Detection & Reporting

    • Document AI’s failures, confusions, or unethical recommendations. Suggest ways to refine prompt design, conversation flows, or fallback paths.

    • Work closely with our AI dev team, prompt engineers, and algorithm specialists to ensure ongoing improvement.

  • Design Benchmarks & Metrics

    • Collaborate with our design, philosophy and science teams to co-create metrics for AI performance:

      • When should the AI provide direct assistance or deeper philosophical input?

      • When is it best to involve a human mentor or step back?

    • Propose new conversation structures or role-playing scenarios to expand the AI’s “coaching IQ.”

  • Human-Centric Guidance

    • Identify moments where the AI should recommend a human connection, group workshop, or professional.

    • Advocate for user well-being—especially around psychological safety, loneliness, privacy, and potential misuse of AI.

Who You Are

  • A strong love for thinking. Perhaps you studied philosophy, literature, coaching, or a combination of them.

  • Comfort with advanced philosophical concepts and modern coaching frameworks (e.g., ontological coaching, Heidegger, Maturana, J. L. Austin, or Flores-based systems).

  • Passion for “expanding human potential”—you believe something new is possible if we get our thinking right.

  • Experience in or curiosity about AI interactions—no coding required, but an interest in how AI is shaped by conversation design.

  • Solid writing and reporting skills: your job is to produce clear, consistent documentation of AI issues, user feedback, and improvement proposals.

Bonus Points

  • Interest in second-order cybernetics and theories of learning

  • Doctorate or advanced degree/studies in continental philosophy

  • Teaching background in coaching, facilitation, or transformative practices.
